This is an example of mind maps on the Romans which is a focus of the history curriculum. The children could create their own mind maps of prior and new knowledge they have during lessons. This promotes group work as they can work together to gather information together and then decide on what they want to include on it.

This is a great way for children to show their knowledge and collate it all together. It allows them to see it all in one place and makes learning new facts fun. The children can use words, pictures etc to create these colorful boards that can then be placed around the school for everyone to see.

Target: Continue to improve my subject knowledge in History.
